Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Fluke certification included on every installation?
Yes. Every copper link we install is tested with a Fluke DSX-series tester to ISO/IEC 11801. Fibre links receive OTDR traces and insertion-loss results as standard in the handover pack.
Can you test and certify third-party installations?
We can carry out remedial testing and certification on existing installs where routes and terminations are accessible — useful before handover or during defect periods.
What documentation do we receive on handover?
You receive test results, OTDR traces where applicable, labelled port schedules and as-built documentation. Manufacturer warranty registration is completed where our accreditations cover the products installed.
