This Privacy Policy explains how AYT Trade Ltd, trading as AYT Infrastructure ("we", "us", "our"), collects and processes your personal data when you use this website or contact us. We are the data controller for the personal data we hold about you, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What data we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Your name and company name
- Your email address and (if provided) phone number
- Details of your enquiry, including project type and message content
- How you found us (where you choose to tell us)
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If we introduce privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, no personally identifiable information is collected and no consent banner is required under PECR.
2. Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes — legal basis: consent (which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To carry out work you engage us for — legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.
3. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond and, where relevant, to manage the resulting project and meet legal/accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within a reasonable period.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We use the following processors to operate our website and communications:
- Resend — to deliver contact-form submissions to us by email (EU data region).
- Cloudflare — to host and serve this website and process form requests.
- Google Workspace — for our business email and correspondence.
These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate transfer mechanisms.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
